Safety deposit box.

Claire cleaned her room. She found a boarding pass, a currency receipt, a few letters, six photographs and eleven CDs. She found a large envelope and placed everything carefully inside. Letters in their original post-marked envelopes, CDs in their protective paper cases, photographs kept flat; nothing scratched, folded or crushed.

Claire tucked the envelope between the bookcase and the wall. Out of sight, but not entirely out of reach.
